Earlene Harrison

Earlene Harrison, 81, of Denver, CO, passed away January 27, 2019. She was born in Kansas City, Missouri on February 15, 1937. Earlene received an Associate of Business with a minor in real estate from the University of Colorado Denver. She was married to Thurman Harrison on August 22, 1953. Together, they shared 65 wonderful years of marriage.

Earlene worked as the Supervisor of Registration Control for the Department of Revenue in the State of Colorado. She was a member of Toastmasters and Regina's Social & Civic Club, and had a passion for aerobic dancing. She also enjoyed hunting and fishing with her husband.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Ethal Dyson, her son, Steven Todd Harrison, her grandson, Steven Cody Alan Harrison, her granddaughter, Rochelle Dushawn Hope, and her grandson in-law, Keith Miles. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Thurman Harrison. She leaves behind her children; Ethal Jimalene Harrison, Thurman Harrison Jr. (Estelle Jean), Wayne Russ, and Deborah Jean Latour (Ronnie), her grandchildren; Vanita E. Miles, Danyela L. Vick (Larry), Patience Baker, Haylee Hammond, Catlin Harrison, Chaunte Klos, Wayne M. Newman, Kyle Miles, and Kody Miles, and her great grand children; Kassius Newman and Korbin Newman. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Olinger Eastlawn Cemetery.
