Fran is survived by her daughter, Mary Jo Warley; her brother, Joe Miller; her grandson, Brian Warley and two great grandsons, Kallen and Bryson Warley. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lyle B. Avery; her parents, Mark and Mary Miller, her brother, Charles Miller; her sisters, Olive Grassbaugh, Louise Schults and Virginia Pearson.
