

Francisco "Kiko" Oviedo, 88 of Denver, Colorado passed away on September 18, 2014. He was born in San Francisco Del Rincon, Gto, Mexico on March 09, 1926. He was marred to Henrietta "Keta" Oviedo in the year of 1958. Kiko worked as a meat cutter for Peppers Packing Company and was a member of the Meat Packers Union. He had a passion for professional wrestling, gardening, cooking, playing cards and watching the Colorado Rockies. He is survived by daughters, Denise (I.V.) Benford, Dorothy Bruton, sister, Isidra Oveido Hermosillo, son-in-law, Manuel Lovato and former daughter–in-law, Emily Ruiz, (14) grandchildren, (32) great-grandchildren, numerous great –great grand children and numerous other family and friends. Preceded in death by his wife, Henrietta, parents Blasa and Ereneo Oviedo Hermosillo, children, Frances Lovato and Robert (Bobby) Ruiz, brothers Manuel and Refugio Oviedo Hermosillo.
Services will be at Sacred Heart Church 2760 Larimer Street, Denver, Colorado. Viewing 9:00am, Closing of Casket at 10:00am sharp for Funeral Mass, Burial to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
