Gene H Wassman

Gene H Wassman, age 80, of Thornton, Colorado passed away on Friday November 24, 2017. Gene was born February 12, 1937 in Denver, Colorado. Gene worked in construction for most of his life. He was a world traveler, 4-wheeling enthusiast, photographer and Harley Davidson enthusiast. He loved his two grandkids and loved to spend time with them. Gene also devoted a great deal of his time to the Thornton Senior Center, where he was well liked and will be missed dearly.

Gene is survived by his three sons, Gene Wassman Jr., Darren Wassman, and Eric Wassman and his daughter Cody Brenner and stepsons Matt Sheldon and Chris Sheldon. He is also survived by his sister Cherilyn (George) Walker.

A memorial service for Gene will be held Friday, December 8, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Olinger Moore Howard Chapel, 4345 West 46th Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80212.
