Jeffery Alan Craig

December 23, 1963May 15, 2020

Jeffery Alan Craig of Denver Colorado, age 56, passed away peacefully May 15, 2020 due to Covid-19, following a short battle with Leukemia. He was born December 1963 in Midland, Texas and was the second born to Richard and Wyona Craig. He was also the new baby brother to sister Belinda, who always claimed he was mom’s favorite.

Jeff lived his life in Denver, Colorado with his beloved daughter, Katherine. He was her biggest fan, supporter and confidante. He enjoyed watching her play softball and cheered the loudest at her games, where he was allowed to sit in the dug-out.

Jeff was a devoted and life-long Dallas Cowboy’s fan, he loved playing Texas Hold Em’ where he managed to occasionally win and always cheated at Monopoly (or any game) growing up.

Aside from Monopoly money, Jeff was generous beyond measure, he loved his daughter fiercely and was devoted to his family and friends. He could never say no to someone in need and often gave of his time, money and self to help others.

Fresh out of high school, Jeff went to work for Reservoirs Inc. in Midland, Texas later purchased by Core Laboratories where he worked until his passing. During his 30 plus years in the oil and gas industry, his co-workers were like family and he talked about them fondly.

Jeff will forever be missed and survived by his daughter Katherine Craig, Mother Wyona Craig, siblings; Belinda Craig, Becky Darlington, Michael (Emily) Craig, Joe Kendrick, step daughter Regina Majors. Many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Craig and brother Larry Kendrick.

A celebration of life will follow at a later time yet to be determined.

Jeff was such a kind hearted man. A man who would wake up super early in the morning to drive us crazy kids to the airport. He was always there to support Kat, an amazing father and an all around great guy.
