Joe was born in Las Vegas New Mexico to Rafael and Clarita Sandoval. In 1947 Joe married his love Mary Salazar in Denver. Together they raised children Christopher "Squeaky", Thomas, Theresa, Albert, Mark "Rio", Gilbert, and Angelo. Joe was known as a Jack of all Trades with an entrepreneurs spirit. Joe was blessed with many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is survived by his sisters Sylvia Ortega and Ramona Sandoval.
June 9, 2014 will mark the day that Joe was reunited with his parents, his wife, and his children Gilbert and Albert Sandoval in the Lords home.
