I am so sorry to hear of John's passing.  He was a very good man whom I respected.  He was always straight and up front with those he worked with.  I worked at Glass for 28 years in the warehouse.  I got to know John throughout the years. I remember him coming to the Miller St warehouse and chewing us out for backing up his production line, but would chip in to help us get it running again.  Those were the early years when bulk glass was not available. 

I pray for John and his family.  I am praying you all will find your new normal knowing John is not suffering an longer. It is a very difficult process.

I was so sad to hear about John's passing. I am his cousin. John was 18 years older than me, but he was always really nice - taking me camping, etc. I remember before I married my husband, Mike, my mom said that John must meet Mike and approve of him. John took us camping and he and Mike bonded (whew!) and it was all good. Over the years, I saw him less and less, but whenever I would see him, we would talk about family. Family was always SO important to John. My sympathies to you all - he was tons of fun, sometimes inappropriate (one thing I actually enjoyed about him the most, oddly), and he had the biggest heart in the world! He was one of a kind and very funny. He will be missed!

So very sorry for your loss.  We had such a good time with John on the Roadside trip to Mexico.  Many happy memories on his boat and playing golf in Granby.  So very sad we did not know about his service our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Bob and Jan Bramble

Sorry for your loss..My husband & I worked with John at the glass plant for many yrs. I worked with him 32 yrs. & my husband worked with him 38 yrs. He was a great guy & will be miss. Sorry we could not come to the service we just found out about him today.  Darrell & Penny (Weber) Smith

We were so sorry to hear of the passing of John.  He was a great guy and will be missed.  We have many lasting memories of John. 

We cannot be at the service today as Karen is having surgery at the same time as the service.  Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
