Karen passed away at the age of 64. She will be missed by her husband of 23 years, Fred; as well as her children, Angie (Obed); Timothy (Wendy), Barbara (Brian); 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; her sister, Judy (Dick); nephews, Ricky and Shawn; nieces, Libby and Sherrie; great nephew, Ethan; and great nieces, Ashley and Katelyn; as well as all those who knew her. She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny; mother, Marjorie; and her sister, Kathleen. Visitation will be Thursday 4-7PM at Olinger Hampden Mortuary, 8600 E. Hampden Ave. in Denver. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday 10AM at Queen of Peace, 13120 E. Kentucky Ave. in Aurora. Recitation of the Rosary will begin at 9:30AM. A committal service will be held at Olinger Hampden Memorial Gardens following the service. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society in her honor.
