Margaret Jean Loughrin

Margaret Jean Loughrin, Marge, 86 of Aurora, CO passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Holly Heights Nursing Care Center after a long illness. Marge was born in Butte Montana on March 12, 1936, the daughter of Daniel and Margaret Sullivan. Marge graduated from Girls Central Catholic High School, Butte, MT in 1954. She worked for a short time for Mountain Bell as a telephone operator, for numerous local wholesale florists and lastly with Frontier Airlines as a reservationist.

Marge was preceded in death by her parents and sister Patricia Sullivan. She is survived her brothers, John (Margaret) Sullivan, Lakewood, CO, Michael (Jennifer) Sullivan, Indiana and children, Julie (Ralph) Bammert, Littleton, CO and Daniel (Maryam) Casey, Torrance, CA. Marge is also survived by grandchildren Ryan Bammert (Nicole), Aurora, CO, Tyler Bammert, Denver, CO, Brianna Casey (Richard), Glendora, CA and Cameron Casey, Seattle, WA. She was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Marge is also survived by her best friend of 61 years, Fern Balaun.

Funeral services will be on Friday, August 5, 2022, at Light of the World Catholic Church, 10306 W. Bowles Ave, Littleton, CO at 11:00 AM. The interment will take place at Olinger Hampden Mortuary & Cemetery, 8600 E. Hampden Avenue, Denver, CO at 2:00 PM on Friday August 5, 2022.
