Marie is preceded in death by her loving husband, Malcolm. She is survived by her sister; Betty (Al) Libke, children; Malcolm (Jurene) Reed, Jr., Joseph (Laveda) Reed, Linda (John) Stearns, David Reed, grandchildren; Scott, Angela, Teresa, Joey, Victor, Lisa, Emily, Luke, Jake, nine great-grandchildren and nephew; George Deitrich. Marie enjoyed the many activities at Sunny Acres Nursing Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Sunny Acres Activities Department in Marie's name at 2501 East 104th Avenue Thornton, Colorado 80233. Marie will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Marie's final resting place will be next to her husband at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
