Mary Lila Perez

Lila Perez, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, friend and servant of Jehovah fell asleep in death on October 8, 2021. She was born on December 26, 1940 to Pete and Mary Bargas. She married Carlos Perez on December 19, 1959. Carlos passed away on December 10, 2008 at the age of 70. She was a hard worker and absolutely adored her grandchildren and enjoyed cooking large meals for her family as well teaching her grandkids how to make tamales and tortillas. Lila and Carlos had three children; Richard (Jackie) Perez of Denver Colorado, Nellie (Sammy)Valdez of Ojo Caliente, New Mexico. Nellie passed away August 10, of 2021 at the age 59, and Sammy passed on December 27, 2020 at the age of 64. Becky (Philip) Soto of Denver Colorado. Four grandchildren: Danielle (Carlos) Garcia of Ojo Caliente New Mexico, Martina and (Jeremiah) Martinez of Denver Colorado, Carlos and (Cristina) Garcia of Denver Colorado, and Araceli Perez of Denver, Colorado. Ten great grandchildren: Esperanza, Manuela, and Jose Garcia, Melani, Lauryn, James, Livia and Addyson Martinez, Zoey and Arya Garcia. Lila will be missed dearly by family and many friends.
