Miguel was born to M. Angel and Alida Rios in Puerto Rico. He proudly served in the U.S. Army and later earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.
Miguel was passionate about life. He was always "fired up" at work and was also known as "trouble maker." He lighted up the room with his big smile, bubbly personality and silly jokes. He enjoyed talking to people as if he was running for town Mayor. Miguel believed in staying positive and always enthusiastic when volunteering and helping others.
Miguel is preceded in death by his loving father, M. Angel and mother, Alida. He is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth, sister, brother-in-law and their three children.
