Mildred was born in Sac County, Iowa on February 11th, 1921 to parents Greg & Verda Farmer. They preceded her in death as well as a baby sister, husband Roy and a great grandson.
She and Roy were married on June 20th, 1940 at the Little Brown Church in the Vale at Nashua, Iowa. They had 2 children Jack & Linda. They moved to Denver in 1957. Roy passed away in 1965 of cancer. Roy & Mildred’s family include Jack & Linda, their spouses, 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Mildred was a bridal consultant at Joslins and downtown Denver and enjoyed her work. After leaving Joslins, she was a District Manager for a group of specialty stores in a 5 state area. She retired in 1982.
