I am so sad to hear that Norma has passed on. I was a CNA at Holly Creek for 2 summers and Norma was my absolute favorite resident. When I would have to leave Colorado to go back to school, I would google her name at least once a month, always hoping that I wouldn’t find an obituary. Although I didn’t have the pleasure of knowing her before dementia took over, the time I spent with her at Holly Creek left a lasting impact on me and she will always hold a special place in my heart. I am in nursing school now and have held on to my time with Norma as my inspiration to work with those suffering from dementia. I’ve attached a photo that’s been framed in my apartment since 2018, she was such a bright light in my life❤️ I am sending my love and prayers to you all. 

I'm so sorry for you guys loss! I'll always have great memories of "Grandma"! She was a funny and sassy lady. I visited her a couple years ago and we went for a ride all over Holly Creek and had doughnuts.  I'll always remember how she loved to water the flowers and talking about the newspaper in Colorado Springs! It was certainly my pleasure to have gotten to know yall's Mama...thank you for sharing her with us. She was a very fine lady! My heart goes out to y'all!
