Petroleum Geologist, born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK. He graduated from Oklahoma University and settled in Denver, CO with his wife, Nancy Jo. Survived by 4 sons, Jeff, Dan, Curtis, Brian and their families. Preceded in death by first wife, Nancy Jo Stringer and second wife, Dorothy I. Stringer.
A memorial service will be held Sat. April 30, at 2pm at Olinger Hampden Mortuary, 8600 E. Hampden Ave., Denver, CO.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Colorado Mountain Club or the Downtown Denver YMCA.
