Uncle Ray I finally found some photos. You are finally with your family. No hard feelings taking. I will miss you very much.  I will miss our talks, our laughs, and all the advice & the reasurrance that everything will be ok.  Im gonna miss stopping by & calling you! I have so many memories! Hello, my name is Susan. I had the honor of knowing Ray for 14 years,  he was a loyal customer at Dollar Tree.  We became friends . He would go into dollar tree 3 times a week. I became worried as I hadn't seen him for about 3 weeks. So I found this memorial on line. My Condolences to all his family especially his children and grandchildren. Thank you Ray for the years I had the privilege of knowing you. May God bless you and be with you all. Ray will definitely be missed. Ray you are with your beautiful wife now.

Especially thinking of you right now and thinking of uncle Ray. I couldn’t be there for his services but I wanted you to know that I’m sitting here thinking about it. My heart goes out to you guys  I want you guys to know that I love you guys very much even though I didn’t get to grow up with you guys. I  think of all of you often wondering how all of you are  doing I know these are difficult times my prayers and thoughts are with you.  I’m so  very sorry for your loss I love Uncle Ray very much  I did let my brother Russell know .and my children about uncle Ray . I do talk to Kim once in a while  if you like you can get my cell number from Kim, you can call or text anytime if you would like to talk to me .

From the day I was born on your birthday, I have always shared that day with you. I have many memories and will always celebrate our birthday! Love you grandpa.

Well Grandpa, what a life! You always kept family close to your heart and spent time with every single one of your children and grandchildren. I can remember all the car shows and camping trips with you! Two particular events will always stand out when I think back on what you meant to me. 
1) Our camping trip to Leadville when Dad, Mom, Tyler, Grandpa and me were all standing around the fire in the dark trying to warm up just before bed. Our backs were turned to the forest when we smelled a skunk, Dad told us they usually only spray when threatened, and we all looked around trying to figure out what spooked it and turned back around to find Grandpa hastily running into the camper leaving his family to fend for themselves. Apparently he didn’t want to be food
2) Thanks for the chance to drive your El Camino around with you several times in the last few years. It was nice to be able to spend that time with you just the two of us! It was incredible to see how much it made you smile going fast again and listening to that sweeeeet sound! To still enjoy your car and enjoy the conversation we had will be a treasured memory. 
Thank you for being an amazing Grandpa, rest well, you deserve it and please take care of Grandma and Tyler for me

Even though we lived miles apart I thought of you often and Have memories of when I was very young and as I grew up and few phone calls over the years. I miss you and love you . To be apart of your life for 32 years as your oldest grandson we have shared a lot of great times and moments. I have learned a lot from you and many things in-between. It's always a hurtful moment to deal with loss of a loved one. I am proud and honored that you were my grandfather and will cherish every moment and memory we shared. I love you and may you rest peaceful with grandma.
