Ruth S. Watts, wife of Ralph I. Watts for 67 years, has left his loving embrace to be with her Lord. She leaves behind a large loving family and a dwindling circle of friends.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph I. Watts of Denver, CO. Her children, Glenn D. Watts (Kay) of Thornton, CO., Linda J. Tardie (Warren) of Scottsdale, AZ., Gary E. Watts (Jacque) of Littleton, CO. She is also survived by her brother, Robert Holmberg, Sr. (Betty) of North Easton, MA.
She was a Grandmother of four, Great Grandmother of seven and a Great Great Grandmother of one. She was an Aunt, Great Aunt and Great Great Aunt to numerous nieces and nephews.
She was a person of great artistic talent. She drew, sketched and painted in different mediums and on various objects and surfaces. She loved to paint and fire china. Most of her family and friends hold dear the items she did specially for them.
She, along with her husband, enjoyed music, particularly jazz. They attended numerous clubs in Boston, New York and later in Denver to hear renowned musicians.
She loved her gardens and especially her roses which she tended with care.
Her beauty, grace and love for us will be held in our hearts forever.
The world and we are better for having been touched by her.
