He is survived by his loving wife, Sylvia Elena; his children, Silviano (Ross) Roybal, Jr, Elizabeth A. Roybal, Adam M. Roybal and Melanie K. Roybal; his grandchildren, Makaila Roybal, Isabella E. Roybal, Brianna K. Roybal, Ashley S. Harris, Katherine D. Roybal, Olivia S. Harris and Leaira K. Harris; his mother, Bernadette Roybal; his brother, William Roybal, and his sisters, Cecile Garner and Carmen Henri. Preceded in death by his father Ross Roybal.
