6/15/80 – 12/18/25
Travis Marlow, age 45, passed away on December 18, 2025, at Rose Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. He was born on Father’s Day, June 15, 1980, at St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, California.
Travis was the youngest son of Allan and Vicki Marlow and younger brother to Tara, Chad, and Jeremy. He was a loving father to his two children, Aiden and Elle, who were the center of his world. His greatest joy came from coaching each of them in their different sports and watching them play. His pride in his children was evident in every story he told, every game he coached, and every moment he spent cheering them on from the stands.
Travis lived in Brea, California until the age of 13 when the family moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico. He ultimately moved to Denver, Colorado where he raised his family. He formed lasting friendships in every place he called home. He had a deep love for the outdoors and was an avid fisherman who found peace near the water. A passionate San Francisco 49ers fan, Travis was also a devoted dog lover, a big-time movie and comedy fan, and someone whose sense of humor could light up any room. Travis had a heart of gold. His smile, that contagious laughter, and silly antics will long be remembered.
A graduate of La Cueva High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico, class of 1998, Travis was a standout football player and lifelong sports enthusiast. He spent the early years of his career as an electrician and a small business owner. Later, he would serve as a switchgear quotations specialist, an Inside Sales Manager, and sales representative. His work ethic, authenticity, and ability to connect with others earned him respect in his field. He was always ready to help train and mentor those around him.
Travis will be remembered for his kindness, loyalty, and the genuine way in which he interacted with others. His presence made people feel seen and valued.
Travis is survived by his children, Aiden and Elle Marlow, of Centennial, Colorado; his parents, Allan and Vicki Marlow, of Mission Viejo, California; his siblings and their spouses, Tara and Steve Kellogg, of Rossmoor, California; Chad and Julie Marlow, of Ladera Ranch, California; and Jeremy and Thiamdaow Marlow, of Marina Del Rey, California; as well as his many cherished nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Travis’s personality was bigger than life itself since he was a little boy. Everyone knew when he was in the room and laughter surrounded him always. He leaves a big hole in our hearts and family. Travis will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered—always present in the stories shared, the laughter remembered, and the lives he touched. We thank God for the 45 years we were blessed to share with him. We will cherish his final written words to our family, “I loved you all so hard.”
