Victor passed away at the University of Colorado Hospital, at the age of 41, on October 30, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents; Rosa Ornelas and Ignacio Flores. Victor was a loveable, respectful, friendly and peaceful person. He was one of the biggest Bronco fans. Victor was a great brother, friend, uncle, dad, etc. He is truly going to missed by all who loved him. As we all know he was a great person, now to be a great angel. Rest in Peace.
