Bill Karabetsos 96, of Chicago, was born on December 23, 1924 to the late Andrew and late Joanne Karabetsos and passed away July 12, 2021. Bill was the beloved husband of Elizabeth Sarrantopoulos; loving father of Jeannie (John) Angelopoulos, Andy (Evelyn) Karabetsos, Teddy Karabetsos, and Debbie (Steve) Evangelou; devoted grandfather of Angelo Angelopoulos, Nicole (Aron) Rushing, Elizabeth Karabetsos, Liz Karabetsos, Shelly Karabetsos, Bill Karabetsos, Susan (Graem Menzer) Evangelou and Patricia Evangelou; dear great grandfather of Ashley and Alex Rushing; fond brother of the late Theodore Karabetsos, late Alex Karabetsos, late Milton Karabetsos, late Fotini Karabetsos and the late Peter Karabetsos.
Visitation Friday, July 16, 2021 from 10am until time of service 11am at St. Lazaros Chapel on the grounds of Ridgewood Cemetery 9900 N. Milwaukee Ave. Des Plaines, IL. Interment Ridgewood Cemetery.
