She was a beloved mother of Henry (Ok Ryun) Kim, Chang Hyun (Young Shin) Kim, Mimi (Jong Lak) Jin, Janet Kim, and Don Kim; loving grandmother of Annie Kim, Laura (Thomas) Ahn, Andrew Kim, Jeannie (Jason) Cho, Peter (HaeRi) Kim, John (Susan) Kim, Michael (Lindsay) Jin, James Jin, Sarah Kim, Christine Kim, Dennis Kim and David Kim; cherished great grandmother of nine great grandchildren.

A funeral service for Bok Soon will be held Friday, September 10, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner Street, Des Plaines, IL 60016. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Ridgewood Memorial Park, 9900 N Milwaukee Ave, Des Plaines, IL 60016.
