Chris and I stayed on the same floor, freshman dorm at Marquette, back in 1977.  He was always a cool guy with an interesting major - Political Science.  I was hoping that he could share with me some of his stories when he was on assignment, but... maybe some day..., over a few beers, just like old times. RIP.

Chris was my friend from the time we started our careers in the same training class in 1985.   I’ll always remember him for his smile and wry sense of humor.   May he Rest In Peace.   My deepest condolences to his family.

My deepest condolences to the family. A neighbor of his our senior year in college,I remember Chris’s dry sense of humor. RIP, Chris. 

I was devastated to hear that Chris was gone. It was always great to see his face, and he always had something to say that would brighten the moment. He was so proud of Drew. May we all find comfort in happy memories of this unique man.

Chris and I were also colleagues and I remember his great sense of humor.  His timing was always impeccable.  And I seem to recall some impersonations too.   While a professional, he never took himself or the work too seriously ... or at least he could find the humor in it.   And it was there.   He was the kind of coworker/colleague that you hoped for, but did not always get.  

Chris was special.  He was unique.  He left a mark.  I miss him.  To Chris's family and loved ones, I can only offer my condolences and prayers.   He will be remembered.  We are diminished by his absence.  

We were classmates at GW 1981-82. Chris was always smart. Several years later we laughed when saw each other on the same job. Prayers up for Chris and his family.

What a shock to hear of the passing of Chris.  We first met in 1985 at work.  Chris always lite up the room and our moods.  His sense of humor is something I will always remember.  My thoughts and prayers to his family in this time of sorrow.

I too was shocked and saddened to hear about Chris' passing.  He was such a great person to work with - always positive with a fantastic sense of humor, great passion and dedication to his work.  There were no dull moments with Chris around.  He and his family are in our prayers.

I met Chris in 1995 when we worked in the same office.  We shared a lot of laughs and I always enjoyed his perspective on cases we were working.  He became my supervisor in 2001 and made working in a challenging office fun.  After working 31 years for the organization, he continues to be my favorite supervisor.  God bless you Chris!  

I was shocked and saddened to hear this. Chris was a good person with a heart of gold. As I recall our days as co-workers, I can only smile and thank God I was blessed enough to have known him.  My prayers are with his family. 

Chris was my manager then later my friend and coffee buddy.  We talked about our crazy Boxers🐾, fishing, and our love for our families.  He spoke lovingly of Shannon and bragged shamelessly about Drew.  May Chris know the rewards of heaven and truly Rest In Peace.  My heartfelt sympathy to all who knew, loved, and respected Chris...

My condolences to Chris’ family on his passing.  He was a good person, a wry joker and will be missed.

R.I.P. Chris, I will remember you as a kind, gentle soul. The consumate professional  who had the respect of his colleagues, you will be greatly missed. May your family and friends find comfort in the happy memories they shared with you.

Chris was the ultimate “good will” person, always ready to bring levity to everyone around him.  He did have a serious side and was always willing to share his knowledge and expertise.  One of the best human beings I know.  RIP Chris!  My prayers are with Shannon and Chris’ family.

I also worked with Chris at the CIA.  His usual smile was contagious.  My most sincere condolences to the Bonk family.

Chris, buddy, you left us too soon!  Recalling those many moments when he would lower his voice to deliver that perfect verbal jab followed by the wry smile as if to remind you of his affection.  Thoughts and prayers with Shannon and all the Bonks!

Chris was a good mentor and friend.  So sad that he’s no longer with us. I’ll always remember how he took care of his people. I’ll keep him, as well as his family, in my prayers. Condolences to the Bonk family.

I've known Chris for a long time.  He was a good person.  I used to see him when visiting my fiancee in Des Plaines, IL, where Chris was living.  I'll miss him.

I am devastated.  Chris was such a dear friend.  I will always cherish his friendship, kindness, honesty, intelligence, bright smile, and wry sense of humor.  My deepest condolences to everyone who knew and loved him.

Our hearts and prayers go out to Chris' family.  He will always be remembered for his dependable nature, dedication and subtle smile.  He will be missed!  

Saddened to learn of Chris’ passing. A longtime colleague and all-around “good guy”, I always enjoyed our time together and working with him throughout the years. To his family, I extend my sincerest condolences. May Chris forever “R.I.P.”
