It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our brother-in-law Don. Suz, I am so sorry. You both fought so hard. I hope you find peace in knowing there is no more pain. Don loved my sister so deeply and spent every moment of their whole life together making sure that she knew how much she was loved. We will miss you Don.

Love,
Ruth

Don was a man's man. Stern in his beliefs, but gentle in spirit and always willing to share a laugh.

As he fought for what he believed in as a man and as a soldier, he fought to the very end for the precious life he loved with his wife Sue and his friends.

You will be missed my friend.

Uncle Don..what I will remember most? Your AMAZING..wonderful..warm hugs..and the way you loved my aunt Susie..one time in particular always sticks in my brain..you had upset me which hadn't been your intention and it bothered you..a lot.You made sure I knew how sorry you were..and I forgave you instantly because someone as beautiful and genuine as you was certainly allowed a mistake. At that moment you became my favorite Uncle. I will miss that smile and how you always made everyone laugh even during the toughest times..till we meet again save me a hug.❣

What a huge loss to everyone who knew uncle Don, the memories that are forged in my mind was every time I saw you, you would ask me to make a muscle, and every time I would think this is the time Uncle Don won't hurt my arm, every time I was wrong. Memories I will always cherish of my Uncle Don.

In the past fifteen years or more we met for dinner and lunch every
