Gerald A. Doyle

Gerald (Jerry) Alvin Doyle, 80 of Des Plaines was born on July 12, 1940 in Indiana to the late Alvin and Helen (McCauley) Doyle and passed away on January 17, 2021. Jerry was the beloved husband of Maria Antonieta (Arana-Sialer) Doyle; loving father of Kathleen (John) Salse, and Michael (Victoria) Doyle; beloved grandfather of Edward Salse, Adriana Salse, Quinn Doyle, and Arabela Doyle; dear brother of the late Charlotte Cahill, John (Jack) Doyle, Ann Dodd, Mary Hines, Richard Doyle, and Barbara Boehm; and preceded in passing by his son Paul Doyle.

Visitation will be Sunday, January 24 from 3-8 PM at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner St. Des Plaines, IL 60016. Funeral Mass will be Monday, January 25, at 11 AM at St. Zachary Parish, 567 W. Algonquin Rd. Des Plaines, IL 60016 followed by interment at All Saints Cemetery.

In consideration of the safety of our guests and associates, Oehler Funeral Home will adhere to the current gathering restriction in the state of Illinois, which allow 10 or fewer guests at services.
