I taught with Kathy for many years at Nelson School. We were 4th grade team mates and when I taught Music, she continued to be a team player. We took a computer course back in the 80’s and I remember spending many hours working with her as we pursued programming. She was very patient as we delved into a new world of computers. Kathy loved her husband, Kerry, her family, children and her cats. She will also be remembered for her skills in gardening and sewing. May she Rest In Peace and will be missed.

Kathy was a kind and loving woman, who had many interests and skills. She loved young children and was instrumental in many young lives during her elementary-school teaching career. She was a talented gardener and honed that skill by attaining an education in horticulture. Kathy enjoyed sewing and shared her knowledge of that subject with others through classes she successfully taught. Throughout her years Kathy loved the many wonders of nature found in Door County, Wi. Most of all she loved her kitties, the house made into a wonderful home in Long Grove and her loving husband, Kerry.
