Maria Solis De Felix, age 90, of Des Plaines, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2025. Born January 1, 1935, in Rancho De Guadalupe El Plateado De Joaquin Amaro, Mexico to the late Julian Solis De Lara and the late Aurelia Vega Marquez, she was the beloved wife of the late Secundino Felix Castañeda. Cherished mother of Jose (Antonia), Humberto (Luz Maria), Elsa (Ventura) Balderas, Secundino (Alicia), and Maria De Lourdes (Armando) Nava; adored grandmother of 10; treasured great grandmother of 3; fond sister of Leonarda, Torivia, Anicento, and the late Julia; and dear aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation Sunday, June 15, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner Street, Des Plaines, IL. Final viewing at the funeral home Monday, June 16, 2025, at 9:00 AM.
