Michael Nels DeVivo

A passionate fan of the Blackhawks, Cubs, and Bears, Mike’s dedication to his fandom was only surpassed by his generous and loving nature. Much of Mike’s life was spent enjoying the companionship of those closest to him, whether it was on the golf course with his father, Peter, or going to his favorite restaurants with his sister, Sandy and her family. His eagerness to help those around him was present daily and was emblematic of his big heart. A kind and gentle spirit, Mike’s presence will be deeply missed by those who knew him.

Born, May 9, 1965, to the late Peter DeVivo and the late Beverly (nee Marose); Mike was the loving brother of the late Bill DeVivo (Linda Dahlberg) and Sandy (Bob) Chapman; dear uncle of Holly Kuperman, Stevie Kuperman, and Jim (Hillary) Kuperman, and Tony (Kari) DeVivo, Nick (Sammi) DeVivo, and Lacey DeVivo; cherished great uncle of Jude, Myles, Lorelai, Leirabelle, Lilly, Anthony, Aryanna, and Avielle; fond nephew of Auntie Mary Ann; friend and cousin to many.
