

A devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, Michael was above all a family man who found his greatest joy in the people he loved. Michael shared 53 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Maureen Tedor (née Sullivan). Together they built a life centered around family, laughter, and unwavering support for one another.
He was the loving father of Colleen (Daniel) Creedon, Daniel (Karolyn), Christopher (Claire), and Megan. Proud grandfather of Michael, Alexander, and Genevieve Creedon, Omarys Nieves, and Benjamin Gil. He is also survived by his brother, Richard Tedor and in-laws, Timothy (Carol) Sullivan, Susan Kennedy Sullivan, Eileen Sullivan, Kathy (Kevin) Kelly and Patricia (Gerald) Cleary, many nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends who will all deeply miss him.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Wilma Land Tedor and Stephen Tedor, his in-laws Therese and Gene Sullivan and two brother in-laws Gregory and Daniel Sullivan as well as his cherished dog, Sully.
He had a lifelong passion for basketball, sports and athletics, and especially loved coaching youth basketball players of all skill levels. He enjoyed a successful career in international business, which involved many trips to Asia as well as spending his last 10 working years as a high school social studies teacher and coach. Mike had a deep interest in airplanes and flight simulation, which became his favorite hobby with many hours spent flying virtually and making friends with other virtual pilots. He loved relaxing with movies alongside Maureen, cheering on the Chicago Bulls and Bears, listening to music of all kinds, traveling, and especially attending his grandchildren’s sporting events and activities. Known for his warmth, humor, and steady presence, Michael touched the lives of many throughout his life.
