Patricia Marie Cecchini

February 3, 1944 – September 27, 2026

Patricia passed away peacefully on September 27, 2026.

Patricia was a loving mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother who dedicated much of her life to her family. She was known for her wonderful sense of humor, her warm personality, and her ability to bring laughter to those around her. She especially loved spending time in Lake Delavan, where she enjoyed making memories with family and friends.

Patricia is survived by her daughters, Tiffiny Cecchini, Francine Cecchini-Duerig, Maggie Holleran (Matthew), and Amanda Wieland. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jessica, Anthony, Frank, Sabrina, Angelina, Nataline, Nicholas, Alex, Sam, Emma, Arabella, and Isaac; and her great-grandchildren, Peter, Lucas, and Leon.

She is also survived by her sister, Barbara FioRito, and was a beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Patricia was preceded in death by her daughter, Colleen, whose memory remains a cherished part of her family; her parents, James and Gladys (née Richter, “Sweetheart”) Foley; and her siblings, James, Nancy (née Caputo), Mickey, and Joseph.

Patricia will be remembered for her humor, her love of family, and the countless memories she created throughout her life. She will be deeply missed by her daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister, extended family, and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

A celebration of life will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, October 16th, 2026 at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner Street, Des Plaines, Illinois.
