So sorry to hear and I did not get the chance to say goodbye. I will always keep you my heart. So many fond memories of you at Rush North Shore Medical Center.

I will always remember the memory of ate Rubi.  She was very humble and very kind.  I admire her very simple personality in her lifestyle.  She was very friendly.  She's someone who would make you feel comfortable when you meet her.  We used to be so close to each other, being in the same group in Couples For Christ.  We attended and served in lots of CFC events together.  Being with her most of those times, I always notice her happiness just by being with Kuya Danny by her side.  The both look so perfect for each other.  I love her voice.  She has a unique singing voice and she sings so calmly, very pleasant and soothing to hear.   Alex & I will always cherish the memory we had with her.  Paalam, ate Rubi.  Memories of you will stay with us forever. 

Please accept my deepest sympathies. In this time of grief, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Rubi was a kind, loving, compassionate and gentle woman. Though there are no words that will ease your pain. I pray you may find solace in knowing how much Rubi was loved and respected by her colleagues and all those that had the privilege of knowing her.  
Rubi was truly a great friend who will be greatly missed by all at Alden and will always be remembered.  May the Lord give you the strength to endure this pain and may the passage of time heal your grief.


We knew her and Danny during our active years with the Couple for Christ years ago.  Rubi was a friend and a great lady.  As realtors in Skokie, we found her and Danny their first house.  We have only good and pleasant with Rubi and Danny.  We are absolutely sure that our Creator and Father has welcomed her in her new abode in heaven where only joy and happiness reign forever.  

I am so, so sorry to hear of the passing of sweet Rubi. I had the pleasure of working for Rubi at Rush North Shore hospital. She was a tremendous leader - hard-working, intelligent, funny and most of all, extremely caring. I am blessed to have known her, and will keep both Rubi and Dani in my thoughts and prayers. 

A high school reunion in 2012 was when Rubi and a few of us rekindled our friendship.
Our bff trips started. The fun and fond memories we all spent together will be treasured forever.
You will be missed beyond measure.

My memory of Rubi as a former high school classmate at Stella Maris School Cebu, Philippines is that of a light hearted, fun loving friend with a positive attitude towards life.
It might have been so long since I last saw her during our high school graduation but I can still see her heartwarming smiles.  I was hoping to see her in our next class reunion.  She will be missed.
