William Kramer was the beloved husband of the late Judith (nee Fish); dear father of Donald (Beth) Kramer and Laura Kramer; loving grandfather of Angelica Kramer, Alexandra Baran and Michael Kramer; cherished great-grandfather of Elizabeth, Kayla, Vladimir and Dimitri; fond brother of Henry (Judy) Kramer. Bill was born in Chicago on May 14, 1939. During his working career he was a machinist. He and Judy were married for 52 years. He passed away September 18, 2015, in Arlington Heights. Visitation will be Friday, September 25 from 3 PM to 9 PM at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner St. (Northwest Hwy. / Rt. 14 at Rand Rd.), Des Plaines where services will be held Saturday at 10 AM.
