Denise Edwards

Denise Edwards joined God peacefully on August 4, 2023 at the age of 69. Denise was a longtime resident of Dexter and graduated high school in 1972. Denise fought very hard to stay on earth, but it was her time to go and be with God.

Loving wife of the late Steven for 49 years. Beloved mother of Judy Edwards and Bonnie Edwards (Tony Morris). Cherished grandmother of Ashley Thomas, Austin Edwards, Hailey Edwards, Bradley Mowatt, Lucas Edwards-Caldwell and Maddy Caldwell. Caring great grandmother of Melody, Meadow, Journee and Harmonee. Denise is the sister of Rita, Wanda, Marcia, Lori, the late Darlene, the late Edward and the late Michelle. Daughter of the late Luella and Marley McGranahan. Niece of Harold. Denise is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; all of who will miss her dearly.

Denise’s family will hold a Celebration of Life at 11:00am on Saturday October 21, 2023 at Hosmer-Muehlig Funeral Chapel, 3410 Broad St., Dexter, MI 48130. Memorial Visitation will begin at 10:00am and continue until the time of service. Denise’s urn will be placed at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Dexter.
