Dorothy Parise Hutchinson

Hutchinson, Dorothy of Dexter, Michigan passed away on Friday, July 24, 2015; she was 90 years of age. She was from Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she met her husband of 70 years, Robert Hutchinson. She is survived by Robert and five children: Bernice, Fred (Pat), Frank (Barbara) Ralph (Camille), and Ray (Laura) and seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She and her family moved to Dexter in 1963. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, the Dexter Senior Center, and was a volunteer at Chelsea Hospital in the gift shop. She was an avid U of M ice hockey fan.

Friends and family will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Village Church in Dexter; Visitation will be at the church at 9:30 before the mass. Visitation will also be at Hosmer-Muehlig Funeral Chapel on Monday, July 27, 2015 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Prayers and rosary will be at 7:00 p.m. Contributions in her memory may be made to Arbor Hospice Foundation.
