Being so close with her brother, Eric, we met Heidi through him. My husband David and I spending the most time with her at Aunt Pat’s house, with Kim, Mom, Julie and Peggy during family get-togethers and Holidays.

I am not surprised to hear how much joy she brought to everyone’s life. She was always so much fun. I can’t even imagine her without a smile and laughing. She just loved everyone.

I have no other words to describe this loss. My heart breaks for all her friends and family. Thank you to all who have posted pictures and remembrances. God bless you all.

With Love,
Mich and David

I send my condolences to Heidi's whole family. I was deeply saddened to hear of her passing. I am a close friend of Robert Armour, who was the older brother of Heidi's mother. Two lives that were taken too young. Prayers for everyone.

Tiki and I met Heidi through our friend and brother Kyle. Our first impression of Heidi was that she was the most lovely person and is God sent. Heidi was a bubbly and kind person, she brought joy and loving kindness to everyone she came across. Heidi made Kyle's days brighter and brought laughter once again into his life. It was a honor and privilege for us to have met and befriended her. We will miss you Heidi, thank you for being part of our lives and sharing your love with us.

Love,

Today we are saying goodbye but you and I both know it’s not really goodbye. How could it be after being BFF’s for 40 years? No matter the distance or time between visits, whenever we connected again it was like no time had passed. We were still giddy that for the last few years we could just hangout on a random Tuesday just because we wanted to. So, no , this is not goodbye. You are a part of me. I carry you in my heart. Always. And like you wrote in my yearbook all those years ago: “Everything with you is twice the fun or half the work, trouble or sorrow.”

You will always be my person. I love you fiercely and will miss your light and joy just as fiercely.

The world lost a beautiful soul this week. Those who knew her knew that she would light up a room. And always had a smile on her face and was game for anything fun especially if it ended with a beer. She loved to bike and run. She could run for miles and never break a sweat.
We bonded over our mutual love of dark beers. Our birthdays are 1 day apart. We also bonded over our love of Eric. Eric and his sister were so close I’m not sure how he will get over this. So sudden so sad and such a great loss.
Eric will be traveling out to Detroit this weekend to be with the family. I wish I could go too but one of us has to get up and cook breakfast for our guests. I know Heidi would understand.
We love you Heidi and miss you terribly.

My cousin loved life and lived it with her hair on fire. She personified the thought "I would rather have thirty minutes of wonderful than a lifetime of nothing special." She loved her friends and her family fiercely. It was and is mutual. Say hi to our moms Heidi. We will miss you fiercely.

I first met Heidi at a yoga retreat she attended with her life-long friend, Kim. We bonded quickly over shared life experience and the world instantly became less lonely.

Any time she was at our yoga studio, the already love-filled space seemed to burst at the seams. She was a force and to say she will be missed is an understatement. I only knew her for a few years, yet the impact she’s had on my life is immeasurable.

My deepest condolences to Heidi’s family, to Kim and her family as well.
