Mr. Tomshany was a very kind man that is leaving many fond memories to all that knew him.  Rest in peace......

Uncle Paul, we can't believe you are gone.  We will always remember your funny jokes, your wonderful hospitality, and your hearty laugh.  I can still remember the last time we saw you - with your boots and vest and cowboy hat.  The world will truly miss your great spirit, but now you have gone home to Jesus to be with our sweet Aunt Gale and Cousin Tim, and your brother Bob and Grandma and Grandpa Tomshany.  Somewhere in Heaven there is a big bowl of oatmeal waiting for you!!  We love you <3

I knew him as a fellow Kiwanis member from the Wayne Club but also admired all his work for Dexter and in our mututl St. Andrew's Church. Paul and Gale are the reason why I came to this country 24 years ago... Thank you for all your love and help, your Hungarian cousin.

Paul & Gail are our neighbors at our cottage upnorth for the last 50 years. I have many great memories of the Tomashany's . Paul taught me how to waterski. I remember him coming next door banging on a pan and yelling "Ski Call" when it was time to get the boat out and go skiing. I loved talking to Paul and he will be missed! My thoughts go out to Danny and Dee and their and Tim's family.

Uncle Paul was one of the most loving, generous men I have ever known, and with his wife, Gail, they were missionaries of faith and love throughout their lives. They truly made the world a better place. Their laughter was a joy to us all.

Have known Paul for a good many years.  My sisters and I adopted his wife Gayle into our family because she didn't have one. Paul is well known in the Kiwanis world, and will be greatly missed by many of us.  Rest in peace brother,  Love, Nancy

Sending our deepest condolences to the Tomshany family. Paul was a great community leader in Dexter. He recently helped the Historical Society of Dexter get started on the raffle that he worked so hard on for the Kiwanis organization. His community spirit will be missed.

What a loss for his extensive family. Paul has always "been there" on our road, as an anchor; seeing him wave and smile as he mowed, or just pulled into the driveway always brought a smile to me. You'll be missed, Paul!

I ask, "Have you ever met someone so upbeat as Paul?"  The glass half full-plus in his life; his enthusiasm spilled over-the-top!  We were saddened to watch his beloved Dexter Kiwanis Club close-up shop.  But, I bet he's founded a club at heaven's gate.  Paul, you were a Man Servant to humankind.
