Ruth retired from General Motors Fisher Body in Livonia after 30 years of service. Ruth was a lover of all animals, especially her dogs. She will be missed by all of her family. She is the beloved aunt of Clarence & Melissa Asher and all of her nieces and nephews and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents Orlena & Russell Asher and her 6 siblings; Ethel Johnson, Edward, Monroe, Farmer & Walter Asher and Molly Gross. Funeral Services will be 11am Friday at Hosmer-Muehlig Funeral Chapel 3410 Broad St., Dexter. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8pm.
