Thomas A. Judit, 76, of Dexter, passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018. Mr. Judit was born September 7, 1941 to Arnold and Mary Judit in Dundee Township, MI. As a lifetime educator, he was Principal in the South Lyon School District for 32 years. On November 24, 1972 he married the love of his life Amy. They were married for almost 28 years. During that time he cared for Amy and stayed by her side through her 16 years of illness until her death in 2000. He was also preceded in death by his two brothers, James and Ronald Judit. He is survived by his sons, Josh (Alicia) Judit and Jeff (Sarah) Judit; grandchildren, Shelly, Carly, Adelaide, Ben, Anna and Claire; sister, Kate Gaertner and brother-in-law, Mark Larson. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Friends may visit on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 10:30 a.m. until the memorial service at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church 1400 West Stadium Blvd. Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103. Reception to follow service.
