Annie E. Hutchinson

Hutchinson, Annie Edna – Age 95 of Digby passed away in Tideview Terrace July 6, 2017. Born in Bloomfield June 2nd, 1922 she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Thibault) Comeau. Annie loved to pick blueberries and work in her gardens. She enjoyed playing bingo and making crafts such as crochet, knitting and quilting. Annie is survived by daughter, Faye (Robert) Taylor; son, Roger, sisters, Marguerite Mazier, Muriel Wilson, Elaine Thibault; brother, Frank; granddaughter, Angelia Brown; grandson, Tim Taylor; great grandchildren, Heather Weatherup, Garrett Weatherup, Jacklyn Weatherup, Rory Taylor, Logan Taylor; great great-grandchildren, Bennett Devoe-Weatherup, Zoey Jacklyn Phipps. Besides her parents, Annie was predeceased by her husband, Harold Hutchinson; sister, Evelyn Comeau; brothers, Clarence Comeau, and Herbie Comeau. Visitation 2-4, Sunday July 9th at Jayne’s Funeral Home, Digby (902-245-2525). Funeral Mass 9:30am, Monday July 10 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Digby. Father Vincent Onyekelu presiding. Interment in Madonna Cemetery. The family would like to thank Dr. Black and staff at Tideview for the excellent care given to Annie. Family flowers only.
