Aurella Lou..by her father in law, Boyd Germaine Marie Boucher Germaine

Germaine, Aurella Marie - Age 86 of Digby, passed away October 24th, 2015 in Annapolis Royal Nursing Home. Born in Moncton, she was a daughter of the late Amiee and Josephine Boucher. Aurella had a beautiful spirit. She shared herself with her family, teaching them the importance of being with each other. Always faithful, honest and loving. A real spark in the family, she was the center of it all. She loved playing with her grandchildren and found real joy in being present with family. She loved dulse, fries, and pizza from Recardo’s (her friends). She loved hockey, wrestling, game shows and bingo. Aurella is the last surviving member of her family from Moncton. She is survived by daughters, Brenda (Roddy Speichts); Victoria (Milton Brown); Jill; sons, Dale; Doug (Kathy); Dennis (Georgie); 20 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; Ruth, Walter, Patsy, Glenda, Frances and many more nephews and nieces. Besides her parents she was pre-deceased by son, Amos; grandson, Jon; five sisters and two brothers. The family wish to express many thanks to the staff at Annapolis Royal Nursing Home for their patience, care and love XO. A service celebrating Aurella’s life will be at 1pm, Wednesday October 28th at Jayne’s Funeral Home, Digby (902-245-2525). Pastor Mark Cress officiating.
