Barry was a hardworking man, he had a career working traffic control with Dexters Construction for over 20 years. In recent years he worked with Black Top Traffic Services. Barry enjoyed getting outdoors to go hunting or fishing. He was a family man who loved spending time with his children.
Barry is survived by his companion, Simone Comeau; son, Mitchell Ellis (Pamala Pick); daughter, Jill Ellis (Randy Comeau); brother, Jack Ellis; sisters, Marjorie Ellis and Donna Peck; grandchildren, Samantha, Kai, Abe and Anakin as well as several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Barry’s life will be held from Jaynes Funeral Home, Digby on Monday, April 24 at 2pm.
