Finigan, Boyd James – 59, Marshalltown, Digby Co., passed away at home on April 15, 2011. Born in Freeport, Digby Co., Boyd was a son of Stella (nee Stanton) Finigan, and the late Keith Finigan. Boyd was a dedicated and loving father and grandfather. Boyd is survived by his daughter Laura Finigan, Marshalltown; step-son Dean Deveau, Digby; sisters Marie (Dennis) Myke-Finigan, Hillgrove; Rita (William) Romaine, Meteghan; brothers Murray (Wanda)Finnigan, Bear River; grandchildren Jasmine, Georgia and Kailyn. Visitation 2-4 and 7-9pm Tuesday, in Jayne’s Funeral Home, 7 Birch St. Digby (245-2525). Funeral service 11am Wednesday in Hillgrove United Baptist Church. Rev. Julia Howard presiding. Interment in Hillgrove Cemetery. Donation’s in Boyd’s memory may be made to the charity of choice.
