Daphne May Abbott Titus

Titus, Daphne May- Age 60 of Centrevillle, Digby Co. passed away March 21, 2016 at home. Born on January 4, 1956 she was a daughter of the late Durward and Kathleen (Andrews) Abbott. She attended Digby Regional High School and was employed for many years in fish plants throughout Digby Co. followed by many years of service as a house keeper at Tideview Terrace. Daphne enjoyed many hobbies including crafts and cooking. She had a strong love of music and helping others. Surviving are her husband, Terry Titus; daughter, Jennifer Titus (Norman); son, Matthew Titus (Sherri); sisters, Harriet Comeau; Joan Cyr; Marlene Wood; Kathy Davis; brother, Wayne Abbott; grandchildren, Benjamin Titus, Samantha Titus, Nathan Titus; many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by brothers, Howard and Murray Abbott; sister, Marjorie (Abbott) Ring and nephew Frank Abbott. Visitation will be 7-9pm Friday, March 25th from Jayne’s Funeral Home, 7 Birch St., Digby and from where funeral service will be held at 1pm Saturday March 26th. Donations in memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of your choice.
