Mudge, Darrell Basil, age 52, Digby, passed away February 17, 2012 at home. Born April 2, 1959, in Digby, he was a son of Doris (Peters) Mudge , of Digby and the late Basil Mudge. He was a welder and blacksmith by trade and later became a scallop fisherman. Besides his mother, he is survived by a daughter Jody- Lynn Mudge, sisters Yvonne Speichts , Elaine Arnold, brother Terrell Mudge, grandchildren Gage and Hope Stanton, 5nieces and 4 nephews. He was predeceased by his father Basil Mudge . Visitation will be 7-9pm Wednesday from Jayne’s Funeral Home 7 Birch St. Digby. (245-2525). Funeral service will be 11:00 am Thursday from St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, Digby. Father Keith Billard officiating. Donations in memory can be made to the Digby Food Bank
