

Cromwell, Edith Pauline – Age 83 of Greenwood/formerly Digby, passed away September 14th, 2016 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Digby, Edith was a daughter of the late John Leander and Frances (Lynch) Miller. She was a neighborhood parent, helping anyone who needed it. She was a loving mother and wife, her family was the most important thing to her. She worked hard to give her children all she could. She worked at the local clam plants and also many years at CFB Cornwallis, until her retirement. Edith is survived by daughters, Charlene (Rene) LaCroix, Myra (Carey) Edwards, Janice Miller, Glynis (Perry) Simms; sons, Steven (Freweyni) Miller, Wensel (Lindsae) Cromwell, Garrick Cromwell, Morton (Kathie-Lee) Cromwell, Maurice (Suzann) Cromwell; son in-law Dunstan Martial; sisters, Addie (Harold) Johnson, Doris (Wentworth) Stephenson; brother, Edward (Myrtle) Miller; brother in-law, Hubert Johnson; grandchildren, Mandy Edwards, Aleesha Cromwell, Jessica Cromwell, Natasha Hall, Gina Martial, Natasha MacDonald, Mandy Vanschyndel, Brittany Prosko, Candis Duivenvoorde, Rejean Cromwell, Colleen Chabot, Christa Cromwell, Justin Kellehar, Christopher Fenton, Nicholas Fenton, Janelle Haight, Justin Miller, Latasha Cromwell, Dawson Gibson, Joshua Cromwell, Keeshia Cromwell, Tameeka Cromwell, Cayden Barron, Sean Simms, Ashley Simms, Devin Cromwell, Nicholas Cromwell; 39 great – grandchildren, 1 great- great grandchild Elijah Samuel. Besides her parents, Edith was predeceased by her husband, Wensel Cromwell Sr.; baby Julie Cromwell; daughter, Mayola Martial; son Graham Miller; sister, Greta Johnson; brother, Sidney Miller.
