Thomas, Edna Marie- 91, Digby, passed away in Digby General Hospital Thursday, June 14th, 2012. Edna was born in Tiverton, to the late Ralph and Carrie (Smith) Young. Edna was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #92, Freeport. She will be remembered as a great cook, and her love of music and dancing. Edna will be greatly missed by niece, Carol Glavin of Digby also Lori, Lisa, Alvin, Dean, Jerry and several other great nieces and nephews. Edna was predeceased by husband, Hubert Thomas, son in infancy, sister, Bernadette, brothers, Woodworth, Burton and Emdon. Funeral Service 2 pm, Monday June 18th in Freeport Baptist Church.
