Baby Hannah Marie Brinton was born on September 5, 2021 at Digby General Hospital at 23 weeks, 1 day premature. Her odds of survival that day was 10% but baby Hannah beat the odds. After 71 days at the IWK hospital in Halifax, baby Hannah lost her long battle of illness after illness, she passed away comfortably with her mommy and daddy by her side. She was only on this earth 10 weeks and 1 day but she captured a lot of people’s heart with her amazing strength. Baby Hannah will never be forgotten, she’s mommy and daddy’s forever angel. She will be forever missed by all that knew her. She couldn’t make her mommy and daddy and more proud. Rest in peace our baby girl. XOXO
