

Born in Weymouth, Harley was the son of the late Philip Joseph Deveau and Marie Mathie (LeBlanc).
Harley worked for many years at Lewis Sawmill, where he dedicated over 44 years of service. He had a deep love of the outdoors and enjoyed time spent in the woods and on his land. Some of his most cherished moments were camping with his late wife, Catherine.
He is survived by his daughters, Sandra and Brenda; and his sons, Allan (Juliette), Edward, and Kelly (Jennie). He is also survived by seven grandchildren: Mitchell, Shawn, Karley, Jordan, Karen, Kathryne, and Ryan; and seven great-grandchildren: Madison, Sailor, Axel, Millie, Lainey Jo, Eloise, and Aidan as well as several nieces and nephews.
Harley was predeceased by his beloved wife, Catherine Marguerite (LeBlanc); his brother, Nelson; and his sisters, Celeste, Eunice, Rose, and Mabel.
Cremation has taken place under the care of Jayne’s Funeral Home, Digby. Burial will take place at St. Joseph’s Cemetery at a later date.
