Amero, Iris Pearl- Age 83, of Ashmore, passed away suddenly on Aug 20, 2022. She was a daughter of the late George and Kathleen (Sullivan) Gavel. Iris loved her cats, was very social and will be remembered for her generosity. She always enjoyed running the roads. Iris is survived by sons, Randall (Naomi), Allan; sisters, Daisy Mullen, Gladys (Genos); brothers, David, George (Theresa), Gordon (Cindy), Ernest (Betty); grandchildren, Jesse, Luke and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by husband, Thomas; son, Ricky; brothers, Steven, Donald and sister, Edna. Visitation will be held Friday, Aug 25 from 6-8pm at Jayne’s Funeral Home, Weymouth.
