Lena Elizabeth Robicheau

Born in Gilbert's Cove, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Kazira (Thibault) Comeau. Lena loved spending time with her family and friends and enjoyed her time at church where she was a longtime member of Holy Cross then St. Patrick's Catholic Church. She liked to cook and bake and enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles and puzzle books.

Surviving are sons, John (Alberta), Eugene (Alberta), Tom (Sackville) and Donny (Weymouth North) ; daughters, Linda (Alberta), Debbie (Digby), Eileen (Plympton), and Margie (Manitoba); 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister, Alice (Tideview) formerly of Gilberts Cove. She was predeceased by husband, Albert; brothers, Archie, Irvin, Dennis, Henry and sisters, Marion and Beatrice.

Heartfelt thanks to staff and doctors at DGH for their care given to our mother during her time of illness.

Visitation will be 7-9 pm Monday, May 7at Jayne’s Funeral Home, Digby. Funeral Mass at 11am on Tuesday May 8 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Father Vincent Onyekelu presiding.
